Smoked Brisket Melt
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
Andy ordered this sandwich for lunch, not expecting it to be a biggie. But, man, is this a dense and flavorful brisket sandwich! Andy doesn’t always order brisket due to the oftentimes fatty nature of brisket, but found this version to have just the right blend of meat and fat. The meat was absolutely delicious and the sauce was super tasty. A definite go-to sandwich in the making.
