Chicken Salad Sandwich
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
Andy felt like keeping it light, so he went with the chicken salad sandwich. He’s a little picky when it comes to chicken salad, and we’re happy to report the Plantation Cafe recipe is on point. It’s not the kind with grapes or some type of fruit in it. It’s more a traditional recipe with lots of shredded chicken, onion and celery. Hits the spot when you’re not looking to go overboard at lunch.
